As I read the Bible, I encounter stories that bring me horror, all of which were the atrocities of man. Never did I ever expect that I would read these kind of stories in the Bible. Yes, now I know that the Bible is not a wholesome book but a book about the truth, the good and the bad. And the truth is, apart from God, man is evil. We need Jesus and He is the only One who can save us from ourselves.
